A leading hotel in Singapore is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to assist the Front Office Manager. Responsibilities include addressing guest enquiries, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring service quality. Ideal candidates should have a certificate in hotel accommodation and at least two years of experience in hospitality, along with strong customer service skills.
Guest Relations Officer will assist the Front Office Manager in providing good customer service to guests and walk in guests.
