Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy that is registrable in Singapore.
• Hospital working experience preferred. Pre-Registration Pharmacists welcome.

• Prepare for and participate in MDT rounds to review patients’ clinical status.
• Engage and empower patients and caregivers with medication counselling.
• Lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff to provide quality care.
