Key Responsibilities

As a Horticulturist with us, your role will focus on supporting landscape operations and contributing fresh ideas to enhance the beauty and sustainability of our projects. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Overseeing landscape maintenance and improvement activities across assigned sites
  • Collaborating with the operations manager to coordinate manpower, equipment, and site needs
  • Communicating with clients, site representatives/employees, and relevant authorities regarding site progress, feedback, and meetings
  • Proposing creative and practical solutions to elevate the visual and ecological quality of our landscape works. This includes offering expert advice on plant health, soil care, pest control, and maintenance practices
  • Assisting in onboarding and training new gardening staff
  • Maintaining work schedules and compiling progress reports for management
What We’re Looking For
  • A diploma in Landscape Design, Horticulture, or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in landscape or horticultural work
  • A team‑oriented mindset with the flexibility to work in varied outdoor environments
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities outside regular hours when necessary
  • Independent, resourceful, and proactive in handling site duties
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to drive is a bonus as we have a vehicle ready!
