A leading healthcare organization in Singapore is looking for an experienced professional to lead quality improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will partner with senior leadership to implement quality programs and conduct training workshops in Lean Thinking. A degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in healthcare is required, with Lean Six Sigma certification preferred. Join a team dedicated to enhancing patient care and safety.
Lead and support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives to enhance quality of care, patient safety, productivity, and staff and patient experience across hospital and community care settings.
Partner with senior leadership to plan and implement quality and innovation programmes in line with national healthcare standards
Design and deliver customised training and hands‑on workshops in Lean Thinking and Human Factors methodologies
Manage the hospital incident reporting system and oversee Serious Reportable Events, ensuring timely submission to MOH.
Facilitate and monitor quality improvement initiatives arising from quality assurance and clinical committees.
Champion safety culture initiatives, including the “Speaking Up” programme, and organise annual quality and safety events.
Collaborate with external organisations on quality improvement projects, conferences, and cross‑institutional initiatives, and support other duties as assigned.
Degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a healthcare‑related field,
With At least 5 years’ experience in healthcare; Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt required if no healthcare experience.
Experience in facilitating workshops, applying Design Thinking, and implementing human‑centred design solutions.
