Job description
  • Lead and support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives to enhance quality of care, patient safety, productivity, and staff and patient experience across hospital and community care settings.

  • Partner with senior leadership to plan and implement quality and innovation programmes in line with national healthcare standards

  • Design and deliver customised training and hands‑on workshops in Lean Thinking and Human Factors methodologies

  • Manage the hospital incident reporting system and oversee Serious Reportable Events, ensuring timely submission to MOH.

  • Facilitate and monitor quality improvement initiatives arising from quality assurance and clinical committees.

  • Champion safety culture initiatives, including the “Speaking Up” programme, and organise annual quality and safety events.

  • Collaborate with external organisations on quality improvement projects, conferences, and cross‑institutional initiatives, and support other duties as assigned.

Requirement
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a healthcare‑related field,

  • With At least 5 years’ experience in healthcare; Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt required if no healthcare experience.

  • Experience in facilitating workshops, applying Design Thinking, and implementing human‑centred design solutions.
