What you'll be doing
  • Support the execution of corporate strategies, marketing plans, and KPI-driven initiatives to enhance organisational performance
  • Manage key accounts and coordinate patient-related matters to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities through research, outreach, and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as the primary liaison
  • Monitor industry trends, analyse performance metrics, and provide insights to support strategic planning and decision-making
  • Lead the negotiation, review, and management of partnership contracts and agreements, including renewals, variations, and risk assessments with finance, legal, and operations teams
  • Ensure contract compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely follow-up on partnership deliverables and administrative processes
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Healthcare Administration or related studies
  • 2 – 3 years of working experience in partnership management/ account management/ contract administration/ business development/ corporate relations, preferably within healthcare or public service sector
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across levels
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data, assess risks, and recommend practical solutions
  • A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable team player
