Job description

Job Scope

• Lead, manage and support the operations team (including staff with special needs)
• Ensure staff are adequately trained for their role and work with staff to develop their competencies and personal potential
  Plan and execute the business and operation plans, which includes operational and facility support, equipment and infrastructure maintenance, catering services, laundry services, and etc.
• Develop effective and efficient workflow and processes / procedures to ensure the smooth running of the Nursing Home and Senior Care Centre to align and implement Corporate’s policies
• Work with Corporate HQ (e.g Operations & Facility Management Department) and stakeholders to develop and implement the crisis and incident management plans and other contingency plans
• Plan the annual work plan for Nursing Home and Senior Care Centre, and coordinate with the relevant departments / teams to execute the plans

Requirements

• Preferably degree in Business or Science or other related field.
• At least 5 years supervisory experience and experience in leading and managing a business unit preferred.
• Experience in operations and hospital pre operations.
