Responsibilities

• Analyse and manage departments' revenue and expenditure trends.
• Financial evaluation of proposed workplans submitted for approval.
• Manage actual to budget expenditure of departments.
• Prepare reports and claims for submission to MOH.
• Reconcile statistics for subvention claims.
• Provide clinical costing information on projects.
• Review costing of procedures to determine pricing.
