Qualifications

• Fire Safety Manager certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor FM/BME work plans and KPIs.
• Ensure 24/7 operational readiness of facilities.
• Manage the lifecycle of biomedical assets.
• Optimize costs and equipment efficiency.
• Act as FM/BME lead during emergencies.
