Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a project manager in the Employee Benefits insurance sector, leveraging digital tools to enhance our client services. This role involves managing client renewals and securing competitive deals, while fostering strong relationships with insurers.

Responsibilities

• Utilize digital platforms to quote Employee Benefits insurance through our online system.
• Oversee the insurance renewal process for both portfolio and experience-rated plans.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with insurers to negotiate optimal deals for clients.
• Coordinate with clients and insurers regarding policy renewals and new business placements.
• Participate in various projects aimed at improving the quotation process through technology.
• Source new quotations and present them to clients in the assigned portfolio.
• Review and reconcile renewal member lists provided by clients against records from our insurers.
• Conduct premium and benefits comparisons by analyzing provided data to propose solutions to clients.
• Address clients' product-related queries and offer appropriate solutions.
• Facilitate Benefits Presentation sessions for clients.
• Generate monthly reports on new business conversion rates and policy renewal retention rates.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in any discipline.
• Mandatory certifications include BCP, PGI, ComGI, and HI.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Employee Benefits, either in a broker environment or with a direct insurer.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables and V‑Lookup), PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Critical thinking abilities with flexibility to apply concepts in various scenarios for effective problem‑solving.
