HEAD, PHYSIOTHERAPY

Position Overview

Senior physiotherapy leadership role combining strategic management with clinical excellence in mental health setting. Lead departmental transformation whilst maintaining highest standards of patient care.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop Physiotherapy strategies aligned with NHG/IMH objectives
• Manage daily operations, budgets, and departmental KPIs
• Recruit, supervise, and develop Physiotherapy staff to ensure effective performance and optimal productivity to timely address patient needs
• Represent department in hospital meetings and committees which includes working with Senior Management in the implementation of strategic intents for IMH
• Provide patient care and clinical supervision including overseeing clinical supervision of Physiotherapists to build expertise and elevate standards of care
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and policies and keeping abreast of changes and latest developments in Physiotherapy for recommendation
