Overview

AsiaNext is building the institutional bridge between traditional finance and crypto. Backed by SIX Digital Exchange (SDX) and SBI Digital Asset Holdings, we provide a regulated, institutional-grade venue for trading, settlement, and custody of digital assets. Our differentiator is capital efficiency: enabling cross-margining, non-cash collateral, and a robust derivatives offering across perpetuals, calendars, and options.


We are focused on unlocking institutional adoption by solving the gaps that hold back quant funds, hedge funds, and global trading firms from scaling crypto trading the way they do in TradFi.


Impact

As Head of Sales, you will be both a player and a coach. You’ll bring your own book of institutional and quant trading relationships while building and leading a high-performing sales team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can immediately deliver revenue impact while preparing to step into a future Chief Sales Officer role.


You will drive execution across AsiaNext’s derivatives business, aligning closely with product and technology teams to ensure client feedback shapes our roadmap.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive institutional adoption of AsiaNext’s derivatives products.

  • Carry an individual institutional sales quota while mentoring and scaling the sales team.

  • Leverage an existing network of quant funds, hedge funds, and institutional trading firms to accelerate onboarding and volumes.

  • Partner with product and technology to ensure client needs — especially around collateral, margin, and trading infrastructure — are integrated into the roadmap.

  • Forge and manage high-value relationships with global liquidity providers, market makers, and institutional clients.

  • Contribute to a performance-driven, collaborative culture that breaks silos and drives alignment across sales, product, and tech.

  • Travel globally to engage clients and represent AsiaNext at industry events.


Requirements


  • 10+ years in institutional sales, with at least 3–5 years in crypto, derivatives, or electronic trading.

  • Direct experience selling into institutional clients at an exchange, prime broker, or electronic trading platform.

  • Proven transferable book of institutional and quant trading relationships.

  • Deep understanding of crypto derivatives (perps, options, calendars) plus knowledge of the broader digital asset ecosystem.

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales/revenue targets.

  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
