As Head of Sales, you will be both a player and a coach. You’ll bring your own book of institutional and quant trading relationships while building and leading a high-performing sales team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can immediately deliver revenue impact while preparing to step into a future Chief Sales Officer role.
You will drive execution across AsiaNext’s derivatives business, aligning closely with product and technology teams to ensure client feedback shapes our roadmap.
