Job description

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and hands‑on Head of Online Marketing to push our Marketing activities to the next level. You will be responsible for scaling up our user acquisition strategies, with positive unit economics and profitability always in mind. You will work closely with the Founder and CEO of StyleTribute, helping the company to reach its next stage of growth.

Responsibilities
  • PAID CHANNELS
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of all of our active Paid Channels (SEM, FB Ads, GDN, Retargeting)
    • Scale up and allocate efficiently our marketing budget across our paid channels, while trying to lower at the same time our overall CAC
  • ORGANIC CHANNELS
    • Email Marketing
      • Optimize our existing EDMs campaigns by means of rigorous A/B testing and channel
      • Set up a comprehensive automated email campaigns’ strategy (DRIP campaigns) with the objective of increasing our customers’ retention and LTV
    • SEO
      • Onsite – provide technical guidance to our CTO/CPO on the onsite optimizations needed and make sure that any future development is SEO compliant.
      • Offsite – ideate and execute white‑hat link building strategies with the goal of improving our domain authority
  • ONSITE MARKETING
    • Periodically collect qualitative and quantitative customers’ insights, so to always have a crystal clear understanding of our website’s areas of improvement
    • Ideate and run A/B tests with the objective of improving the website’s conversion rate
  • DATA ANALYSIS
    • Daily/weekly/monthly analysis of each channel and country’s performance, enabling a timely and dynamic allocation of our marketing budget
    • Advanced monthly cohort analysis of our different markets and acquisition channels
    • Detect and resolve any data tracking mistakes that might appear from time to time
  • PROJECT & TEAM MANAGEMENT
    • Oversee and coordinate the work of our Social Media Manager and Graphic designer
    • Work alongside our Tech team to build new marketing tools, additional tracking integrations or new onsite SEO improvements
Requirements
  • Has a minimum of 2–3 years of working experience in a performance marketing role of an online venture (ideally an eCommerce startup)
  • Has worked directly or indirectly in several of the channels/activities mentioned above and can demonstrate in-depth technical theoretical and practical know-how of their functioning
  • Has basic understanding of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and W3C standards
  • Has excellent knowledge of Web Analytics platforms (GA primarily)
  • Has a strong analytical mindset – experience with data‑driven metrics to manage and measure business impact
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision and a high level of proactivity
  • Demonstrated success driving cross‑functional initiatives to completion
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Has a can‑do attitude
