Job summary

What You’ll Do
  • Lead teams across vessel operations, stowage planning, scheduling, and hazardous/special cargo.
  • Enhance fleet performance, service recovery, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Optimize stowage, crane productivity, turnaround times, and fuel performance.
  • Oversee global special cargo operations and ensure compliance with dangerous goods regulations.
  • Conduct fleet studies and support vessel deployment and capacity decisions.
  • Lead cost analysis, identify savings, and drive monthly performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tools, processes, and strategic initiatives.
What You Bring
  • Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent; Business Management is a plus.
  • At least 10 years of liner/marine operations experience with global container liner companies.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Bonus: Sea-going experience with a Master’s ticket.
