Job summary

The role involves ensuring instructional quality, evaluating materials for compliance with academic standards, and engaging with stakeholders. Candidates must have knowledge of Maths at PSLE level and be prepared to work in a flexible schedule including weekends. This position plays a critical role in driving educational excellence and operational success.

Job description
Instructional & Materials Development
  • Lead the development and revision of instructional materials, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with academic standards and institutional objectives
  • Develop and implement teaching strategies that promote active learning and critical thinking, catering to diverse learner needs.
  • Evaluate and review the effectiveness of educational materials through assessments and feedback from instructors and students, making necessary adjustments.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to ensure materials and strategies are effectively applied in classrooms and address any challenges they may face.
  • Train future franchisees in instructional practices and material development
Centre Operations Management
  • Oversee the department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for the centre operations.
  • In the event of staff shortages, the role includes providing support by covering essential duties as needed. Additionally, the position involves taking on teaching responsibilities when required.
  • Develop and implement processes that assist the day-to-day operations.
  • Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the centre and effectively managing the team of instructors to ensure smooth functioning and high-quality service delivery.
  • Drive sales growth for the centre by implementing effective strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, ultimately contributing to the centre's overall revenue and success.
  • Lead the setting up new centres, overseeing all aspects of operational planning, logistics, and staffing to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
  • Develop SOP for setting up new centre with the goal of using these guidelines for future franchise training and expansion.
Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure that all instructional materials meet regulatory, accreditation, and institutional standards for quality and compliance.

Stakeholder Communication

Collaborate with school leadership, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the continuous improvement and relevance of instructional materials.

Other Duties

Perform any additional duties as assigned by management

Must have knowledge of Maths at PSLE level

Work Schedule

5-day work week (including weekends); required to work on Saturdays and Sundays
