This role will lead a significant HR Ops & Services team while overseeing HR service delivery, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. Job Summary

Frazer Jones are delighted to be retained by one of largest and most reputable global pharmaceutical organizations. They are looking to appoint an APAC HR Services Lead to be based in Singapore. This individual will lead a sizeable and experienced HR Ops & Services team across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of HR Services for APAC based in Regional HQ, also working closely with the regional and global Heads of HR for the respective business areas, the individual will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of HR services across APAC, ensuring excellence in execution, compliance and employee experience. This role plays a critical part in driving HR operational efficiency, managing risk and supporting and/or leading global and regional HR transformation initiatives. There are exciting global projects on the horizon with APAC being key to the groups’ HR services and HR transformation success globally.

Key Qualifications

This individual will have a strong track record in a global or regional HR Services leadership role within a large global matrix corporate. They should come with strong knowledge of HR services delivery, HR transformation, HR operations oversight, compliance and best practice. This individual should ideally come with significant experience working across multiple geographies within the APAC region, especially Greater China, and fluency in Mandarin, given the need to collaborate closely with regional stakeholders in China and Hong Kong.
