Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with Singapore and Malaysia Financial Reporting Standards.
• Prepare and present financial management reports, business performance reviews, and strategic recommendations to the CEO, Board of Directors, shareholders, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, taxation requirements, and statutory reporting obligations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to maintain full compliance.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial sustainability.
• Oversee treasury functions, including banking relationships, capital structure planning, and optimizing returns on cash management.
• Provide financial leadership and insights to operational teams to drive business value creation.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance and innovation-driven culture.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, CIMA, or ACCA will be an advantage.
• Experience with a Big 4 audit firm will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP B1 will be an advantage.
