We develop proprietary wearable and mobile capture devices and models to collect, recover, and reconstruct multimodal human Xperience in real-world scenarios. Role Overview

Location: Singapore

Type: Full-time, Founding Team / Management Role

We are looking for a high-bandwidth, individual who can balance high-level strategic partnership with the founders and the hands-on execution required to build a global financial engine from the ground up. You will own everything from master financial modeling to the fiscal discipline of our hardware supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate technical milestones into capital requirements, burn-rate projections, and ROI analysis to guide the company's trajectory.
• Act as a key partner to the CEO during fundraising rounds. Manage the data room, lead financial due diligence, and help craft the financial narrative for Tier-1 global investors.
• Set up and oversee the financial infrastructure for our Singapore HQ and overseas subsidiaries, ensuring seamless cross-border fund flows and tax efficiency.
• Work closely with the core technical team to manage the unit economics, including supply chain costs, inventory management, and vendor negotiations.
• Implement a lean but robust financial stack for accounting, payroll, and expense management that ensures compliance while maintaining startup speed.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of accounting and corporate finance fundamentals and software, combined with the ability to think like a founder/investor.
• Ability to design, document, and iterate on financial SOPs in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong familiarity with Singapore’s regulatory, tax, and compliance landscape for startups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a high-growth tech startup, venture capital, investment banking, or a top-tier consulting firm.
• Experience in AI, Robotics or Hardware sectors (specifically managing COGS and R&D capitalization).
• Proven track record of building financial functions from scratch or playing a key role in a successful early-stage fundraising cycle.
