Head of Engineering is to lead equipment industrialization, process development, engineering teams, Capex and continuous improvement projects.

The Job

• Lead end-to-end industrialization of new products, materials, and processes from development to mass production
• Build and develop a high-performing engineering team, driving continuous improvement and technology adoption
• Own key projects, CapEx planning, and departmental budgets, ensuring delivery on cost, quality, and timeline
• Ensure compliance and operational excellence, supporting critical quality/manufacturing issues and collaborating with global engineering teams

• Proven leadership in engineering, industrialization, or process development with the ability to build strong teams and capabilities in Semicon Back End, Machine Maker or Electronics
• Strategic yet hands-on, capable of managing complex projects, driving innovation, and solving operational challenges
