We are seeking a data-driven, commercially minded leader to drive digital growth, marketing technology, and performance across channels. You will lead a cross-functional team and build scalable strategies that maximize acquisition, engagement, and retention in a high-growth company environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global digital growth strategy.
  • Own and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic, and affiliates.
  • Lead and manage the marketing technology stack (CRM, automation, analytics, attribution).
  • Ensure data quality, identity resolution, and personalized customer journeys.
  • Optimize website and app funnels to improve conversion and engagement.
  • Partner with Product, UX, and Data teams to test and iterate on digital experiences.
  • Implement a test-and-learn framework for channels, messaging, and campaigns.
  • Drive segmentation-based, personalized growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to align strategies and campaigns.
  • Build dashboards, attribution models, and reporting to guide decisions and measure ROI.
Requirements:
