A prominent government-linked organization in Singapore is seeking a leader to manage a high-volume digital ecosystem with billions of transactions. The role involves strategic oversight of vendor-supplied systems and fostering a high-performing team. Candidates must have 10+ years in IT Solutions, including senior leadership experience, with exceptional stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business needs while ensuring operational integrity.
This is a rare leadership mandate to join a prominent Singapore Government-Linked Organization impacting public trust. In this Critical role, you will act as the primary steward for a high-volume, regulated digital ecosystem that processes billions of transactions annually.
You will get to lead the strategic evolution of a world-class technology landscape where your mission is to bridge the gap between ambitious business strategy and robust technical execution. By driving the roadmap for a sophisticated suite of vendor-supplied systems spanning large-scale gaming platforms and enterprise SAP HR Applications you will ensure the environment remains agile enough to meet business needs while maintaining absolute version integrity. You will architect for the future by leveraging your design skills to enable seamless external integrations and AI functionality without compromising the "Mission Critical" core of the platforms.
You will influence global vendors to align their product direction with local strategic goals, securing the performance levels and timely support required for a highly regulated industry. This role allows you to lead a high-performing team of 25+, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while coaching the next generation of product and architectural talent. Ultimately, you will safeguard the ecosystem by overseeing incident resolution, release planning, and system recovery protocols for platforms that are vital to the organization.
You will bring your experience of navigating complex, high-transaction environments in a regulated industry where "downtime" is not an option and technical debt must be managed with precision. You come with a minimum of 10 years in IT Solutions, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity managing large-scale, vendor-supplied systems. You bring a "Sober and Precise" approach to system architecture and design, possessing a proven ability to manage complex application landscapes and maintain version integrity by adhering to vendor-supported releases rather than resorting to custom branching.
You possess a track record of successful delivery, having facilitated major business initiatives and projects in enterprises of a size and complexity comparable to a major GLD. Beyond the technical, you bring exceptional stakeholder gravitas and communication skills, capable of translating technical constraints into business value for senior leadership while negotiating high-stakes SLAs and performance targets with global technology partners.
