The Opportunity

As Head of Compliance, you will report directly to the Group General Counsel and lead compliance strategy across the organization's global footprint. This is a critical role for someone who can balance regulatory rigor with commercial pragmatism.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global compliance frameworks that enable business growth while managing regulatory risk
• Lead and develop a team of compliance professionals across Asian markets
• Serve as the primary liaison with regulators, including MAS and other relevant authorities
• Partner with business leaders to provide solutions-oriented compliance guidance
• Oversee licensing, AML/KYC programs, and cross-border regulatory matters
• Drive policy development, risk assessments, and compliance training initiatives
• Support new product launches and market expansion with proactive regulatory advice

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of compliance experience, with significant exposure to fintech or digital payments environments
• Proven track record leading compliance functions in regulated financial services businesses
• Deep understanding of MAS regulations and experience managing regulatory relationships
• Strong business partnering skills – you should be known as an enabler, not a blocker
• Experience managing cross-border compliance in multiple jurisdictions
• Team leadership experience with the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence
