Head of Compensation & Benefits

Frazer Jones is exclusively supporting our client in their search for a Head of Compensation & Benefits. This strategic role will be pivotal in shaping and driving the organisation's total rewards strategy across a diverse workforce, encompassing both blue- and white-collar employees. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Compensation & Benefits, you will lead the design, implementation, and governance of compensation frameworks, benefits programs, and performance management processes across the region. You will ensure alignment with business goals, market competitiveness, and internal equity, while also ensuring compliance with local regulations.

A key focus of the role will be managing compensation strategies for a diverse employee base, including manufacturing (blue‑collar) and corporate (white‑collar) populations. You will also oversee the annual performance review cycle, salary benchmarking, and incentive planning. Experience in executive compensation will be considered a strong advantage.

As the COE lead, you will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and senior leadership to provide data‑driven insights and recommendations.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a strong track record in working with diverse employee groups/industries. Prior experience in engaging directly with C‑suites, as well as strong knowledge of enhancing job evaluation frameworks (Mercer IPE or Hay) will be highly regarded. You should be analytical, detail‑oriented, and confident in leading a sizeable team of direct reports.
