Are you a Charterer with a strong Operations background — preferably from a Bulk Carrier environment?

We’re partnering with a shipowner looking for a Head of Commercial Shipping to lead end-to-end commercial trading and operational performance across the owned fleet and chartered-in bulk carriers.

This role is for someone who:

• Owns P&L responsibility and freight exposure
• Is hands‑on in dry bulk chartering (spot / TC / COA)
• Understands post‑fixture execution, cost control, and voyage economics
• Leads teams and builds strong relationships with charterers, owners, and brokers
• Thrives in a fast‑moving, commercially driven shipping environment
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves regular liaison with China‑based counterparties.
