The Asia Pacific Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) advances the firm's data and analytics strategy, platforms, solutions, capabilities, and governance to deliver trustworthy, responsible, innovative, and commercially valuable outcomes across the APAC markets and businesses.
The Head of AI/ML Capabilities, APAC is a critical role that is responsible for enabling the firm's AI and machine learning strategy across the region by leading the development, refinement, and/or advancement and deployment of sophisticated AI/ML capabilities, collaborating with agile teams to create and enhance trusted products that support transformative business outcomes. Managing a high‑performing team of AI, machine learning, and data science professionals, you will foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning. Working closely with global and regional stakeholders—including technology, business, and functions teams—you will identify opportunities, translating business requirements into robust technical execution to deliver impactful solutions, and advance the firm's AI/ML agenda. A critical focus will be establishing and nurturing common capabilities, best practices, and reusable frameworks to ensure consistency and excellence across business functions. The individual will steer the evolution from traditional to agentic, generative, and autonomous AI systems by architecting, deploying, and optimizing advanced AI solutions, championing MLOps and cloud‑native best practices, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to deliver measurable business value.
