Head Boys / Head Girls Counselor

Are you ready for a summer that will not only impact the campers you work with but will challenge you and help you develop your leadership potential? Consider serving this summer as a Head Counselor at Camp Oak Hills in Bemidji, Minnesota. The head counselors provide oversight and support to the cabin counselors, are the overnight counselors for the Jr. Staff, and help with program activities as needed. A head counselor must have at least one summer of camp counseling experience. One male and one female head counselor will be hired. They will receive room and board as well as a guaranteed salary of nared(data entryreda; see below mention from $2,750 up to $7,500 with support raised. A 10‑week commitment is required. May 26 - July 28, 2026.
