Job Title: Hardware Test Technician (Cloud and AI)

Location: Tampines (Opposite IKEA Tampines)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Entry Level

Industry: Global Leading Cloud Infrastructure Provider

Salary & Benefits
  • Basic Salary: Up to $3,000
  • Fixed Allowance: Up to $200
  • Gross Salary: Up to $4,200 including OT hours and Allowances
  • Bonuses: AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Shift Allowance:
    • Day Shift: $12/day (about $200/month)
    • Night Shift: $24/day (about $380/month)
  • Working Hours (4-3-3-4 Shift):
    • 7:00am–7:00pm or 7:00pm–7:00am (can choose)
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist engineers in testing server and rack systems

  • Support PXE server setup, configuration, and deployment

  • Perform run‑in, burn‑in, power and performance testing

  • Troubleshoot test failures and support improvement activities

  • Update test documents, work instructions (W/I), and master lists

  • Conduct training for production operators and staff

  • Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and mass production stages

Requirements
  • No experience required, training is provided

  • Basic knowledge of Linux, Python, and C++

  • Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in relevant IT/ Engineering fields

  • Training provided in AI infrastructure and cloud hardware

  • Strong interest in server hardware and data center technology
