A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Post Sales Engineer to lead the implementation of IT monitoring software solutions. This role offers a salary of $5,000 - $6,000 plus AWS and bonuses, working Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in technical post-sales or systems engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of networking and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Understanding of Java/J2EE technologies and web applications is a plus.
• Exposure to scripting technology (batch/unix shell/powershell) is a plus.
• Exposure to Cloud architecture, Containers, and DevOps is a plus.
• Exposure to Citrix, VMware, and other virtualization technologies is a plus.
• Prior experience with enterprise monitoring tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sale implementation and integration of IT monitoring software solutions.
• Work closely with customers to understand their infrastructure.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer to customer technical teams.
• Develop best practices, integration guides, and monitoring templates.
• Manage customer expectations through clear communication.
• Identify product enhancement opportunities and provide feedback.
