Job Description

Group Finance Manager (Reporting function) Job Scope not limited to:-

Support the Group Finance Controller in the consolidation and analysis of group finance and business performance.

Managing and monitoring of budget

Prepare half year and full year consolidation and SGX result announcement, or whenever it is required.

Involve in Group various business initiatives and/or projects

Review contractual documents

Looking into developing and strengthening current internal controls and process improvements for the Group

Involve in developing and implementing ERM process

Oversee subsidiary finance function

Monitor group cashflow

Review and ensure accuracy in CIL and subsidiaries' monthly management reports

Liaise with company secretary, auditors, bankers etc.

Finance Manager/Assistant Manager (Operation) Job Scope not limited to:-

Lead the team of finance staff and handles all finance related operation issues

Monitor cost closely and highlight any cost variance

Handle auditor and tax agent queries

Review of quarterly GST Returns and annual tax filing

Approve journal entries, accounts payables, fixed asset posting

Review payments and ensure 3-way matching

Monitor Accounts Receivable and report any long outstanding debt

Ensure compliance to corporate accounting principles and policy guideline

Requirements:-

Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent

Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience in financial reporting

Candidates with experience working in a Manufacturing environment preferred

With strong knowledge of Singapore FRS

Able to lead and manage a team

Meticulous, organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Well-versed in MS Office
