Get to Know the Team

The Regional Centre of Excellence (CoE) department focuses on strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiencies and experiences for Grab's driver- and merchant- partners. We are a think tank in promoting continuous improvements of driver- and merchant-related operational processes and technology products through experiments and project implementations.

Get to Know the Role

This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.

You have an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in driving operational process improvements and product automations, aimed at providing the best experience for Grab's driver- and merchant-partners across South East Asia. As a trainee, you will contribute to strategic projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop skills in project management and operational excellence.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Strategic Planning Support : You will develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational effectiveness through process optimization and product automation.
• Project Coordination : You will help manage key projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams across countries, regions, and functions to ensure smooth execution.
• Operational Process Improvement : You will help to identify opportunities for process standardisation and framework improvements across countries to enhance efficiency and improve the experience of driver- and merchant-partners.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Team Collaboration : You will collaborate and work with various teams across the region to support and implement strategic initiatives.
• Data Analysis and Reporting : You will help to analyse operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making processes.
