  • Supporting the Program Ascent Phase 2 project to enhance talent and performance management.
  • Contributing to process improvements and proactive problem-solving.

Who you are
  • A recent graduate from Polytechnic or University with a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Demonstrate a creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
