Overview
The graphic cum digital designer works under the Marketing Manager and Marketing Head of Department to create various marketing and promotional tools such as digital advertisements, videos etc., as well as design company website and mobile application.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with fellow staff from other departments to discuss specifications and concepts for designs to be published on digital platforms.
- Designing and adapting creatives for online advertisements across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Creating materials such as digital advertisements, logos, visual graphics, GIFs, and videos to promote products and services offered by the company.
- Designing and preparing visuals for the company website and mobile application (banners, product images, campaign graphics, Digital Banners).
- Taking photos and videos, editing them to produce aesthetically pleasing materials for publication across digital platforms.
- Creating short-form videos and motion graphics to support social media and online campaigns.
- Collaborating with marketing team members to brainstorm creative concepts and ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
- Reviewing newly finished work to identify any errors or areas for improvement before publication.
- Adapting and repurposing creatives for A/B testing and optimizing designs to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Staying updated on design trends, competitor campaigns, and best practices in digital design.
Job Requirements
- Able to use design software from Adobe Creative Cloud Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, After Effects, and Animate.
- Possesses at least a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field from an accredited institution.
- At least 1–3 years of relevant work experience as a digital designer, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods.
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory in digital design.
- Knowledge of file formats, specifications, and requirements for digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Display, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, GIF creation, and video editing is an advantage.
- Creative thinker who can balance aesthetics with business objectives and brand consistency.
Work Schedule
Staff is required to perform the following working shifts from Mondays to Fridays, including public holidays:
- 9:00AM to 6:00PM (Lunch break is from 12:00PM to 1:00PM)
- Saturday is off day. Sunday is rest day. (Sometimes you will be required to work on weekends as assigned by your superiors.)
Probation Period
6 Months (Extension of 6 months for poor performance)

Monthly Salary (SGD)
From $3,000 (Negotiable depending on Work Experience)
