Job description

We are seeking an individual to provide support across finance, product operations, and administrative functions.

This role will work closely with 5–10 product teams to manage budget planning, procurement, bookkeeping (revenue and expenditure tracking), and provide management with visibility on financial planning and analysis at the team level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design financial templates and processes, and work with product teams to execute budget planning.
  • Raise purchase orders and verify goods or services against invoices received.
  • Support product teams in revenue tracking and invoicing to customers.
  • Work with the corporate finance team on bookkeeping activities (e.g., verifying journal entries for expenditures and revenue).
  • Prepare periodic management reports on overall financial outlook.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of augmented resources (AR), from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Maintain proper documentation and support audit requirements.
  • Execute internal billing processes and act as the primary liaison between finance teams and agencies for payment‑related matters.
  • Provide general administrative and product operations support (e.g., scheduling meetings).
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance management, including budget planning and accounting.
  • Ability to independently design templates and processes for financial management across teams.
  • Strong proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
