Qualifications

• At least 12 years’ experience in the IT industry, preferably in large, complex enterprises.
• At least 8 years of experience in banking technology.
• Deep experience delivering mission critical, enterprise scale IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to building expertise by mentoring and guiding.
• Functional lead for the roll-out of multi-country programs.
• Develop practical domain roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Analyze stakeholder requirements and current state architecture.
• Review problem tickets and propose resolutions.
• Guide project on functional architecture and design decisions.
