Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Support global and regional account teams in preparing and submitting tenders.
• Coordinate with APAC offices to gather pricing and operational information.
• Ensure submissions meet quality and commercial standards.
• Prepare pricing analysis and evaluations based on the tender process.
• Maintain tender records and documentation.
• Join discussions to provide analysis and recommendations.
• Resolve tender-related issues and implement improvements.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
