Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and assess talent using various sourcing methodologies.
• Use ATS, Greenhouse, to manage prospects and build candidate pipelines.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to enhance efficiency.
• Partner closely with hiring managers during the assessment process.
