Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree Holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Comfortable with working overtime and overseas travel (ASEAN).
• Knowledge and experience in using incoterms.
• Experience issuing/generating high volume of Purchase Orders (POs).
• Experience liaising with forwarders for overseas shipments.

Responsibilities

• Coordination/Negotiation with internal & external parties.
• Daily shipment arrangement including PO generating and SAP input.
• Supplier and customer management focusing on order backlog and forecast management.
• May be required to travel on case-by-case basis.
• Conduct cost analysis related to cargo and logistics.
