As Global Regulatory Data Analyst you will manage regulatory data to ensure the most current and reliable data are available in our systems, according to corporate guidelines, relevant regulations and our goals.

You will be based in Argentueil (France), Baierbrunn (Germany), Sao Paulo (Brazil) or Ridgedale (United States) and report directly to Global RICS Data Integrity Director.

In this exciting role you will:

  • Be a global regulatory data management/system resource for regulatory and safety data in Quality Management System (QMS) and SAP
  • Review new industry regulations and customer requirements into systems (norm creations)
  • Maintain QMS and SAP including launching data cleansing and developing data audits
  • Analyse/manipulate data, which may be of a complex regulatory nature (Impact Assessments) and may include summarizing results and making recommendations to management or customer
  • Support data integrity function by collecting, organizing and validating (through regulatory databases, customer questionnaire) the reliability of data from suppliers, internal customers, literature
  • Participate in global data projects related to regulatory, toxicology or product safety
  • Participate in systems developments and upgrade related to regulatory activity
  • Communicate with global key stakeholders in Regulatory, Toxicology, Formula Management, Operations and Purchasing regarding changes that could affect data management activities

Your professional profile includes:

  • University / Bachelor's Degree in scientific or technical area
  • Advanced scientific or technical degree in Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry, Toxicology or Regulatory
  • At least 3 years regulatory and industry experience
  • Business fluent in English, business fluent in the local language
  • Experience with data and database management and systems administration with interactiveKnowledge of global chemical inventories (e.g. TSCA, REACH, EINECS/ELINCS, DSL/NDSL)
  • Expert with QMS and SAP is a must
  • Knowledge of data criticality
  • Passionate to connect and communicate with partners on multiple levels within a matrix organization
