About the team The Account & Youth team plays a vital role in safeguarding the integrity of TikTok’s account-related domains, ensuring a secure and seamless user experience. With a people-first approach and tailored wellbeing support, the team focuses on delivering product-specific value while continuously enhancing operational excellence.

By leveraging tools like translation systems and UAM, we strengthen moderation decision-making to align with TikTok’s mission of providing a trusted and enjoyable platform for users worldwide. What will I be doing?

  • You will be designing and driving the Global Trust & Safety (T&S) Account & Youth Safety Operations business strategy, which can lead your team to detect, land and optimize operational excellence at the current stage and in the future.
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally across teams within T&S (Policy, Quality Assurance, etc.), and outside of T&S (Products, Data, etc.) to ensure strategy and objectives are aligned and performance execution is up to expectation.
  • You will build positive relationships through on-time delivery of commitments and effective communication with partner/BPOs organizations at the executive level as well as at the site level.
  • You will identify risks and solve cross-functional and inter-team challenges.
  • You are responsible for developing and coaching the overall Youth Safety Operations team globally.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of operations experience in the social media/high tech industry
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in vendor management in the social media/high tech industry
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a global/regional team along with proven experience in managing more than 5000 employees (direct/indirect)
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Trust and Safety field
  • Proven experience in building collaborative relationships with a diverse range of partners and influence at multiple levels of an organization
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to communicate complex data analysis to derive key insights
