Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in marine operations, including both sea-going and shore-based roles.
• Proven leadership capabilities with strong decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with fleet management systems and digital tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily marine operations for container vessels, ensuring compliance with international and local maritime regulations.
• Monitor vessel performance, fuel efficiency, voyage planning, and cost control.
• Ensure readiness of vessels through proper certification, audits, safety drills, and maintenance coordination.
• Lead investigations into incidents or near misses and drive corrective actions.
