Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in M365 architecture, engineering, or enterprise deployments.
• Strong knowledge of cross country design, multi-geo configurations, and compliance policies within M365.
• Scripting experience using PowerShell for automation and system provisioning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of cross location M365 solutions.
• Define and configure Information Barriers and compliance standards.
• Support SharePoint Online and Teams integration across multiple regions.
• Develop PowerShell automations for mailbox migrations.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver M365 architecture solutions.
• Produce documentation and implementation guides for M365 initiatives.
