Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR administration or operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel.
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment laws.
  • Experience with Oracle HR or other HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare HR letters in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Support HR-related employee requests and HR projects.
  • Create and maintain SOPs for HR admin workflows.
  • Assist in coordinating new hire gatherings and team-building activities.
  • Prepare employee personnel files and maintain data for audits.
