Job summary

A premier hospitality education institution in Singapore is looking for a Recruitment Events Partner to manage student recruitment activities and events. You'll collaborate closely with marketing and recruitment teams to ensure effective outreach and visibility. The position requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of events coordination experience along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in events coordination.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and travel.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate student recruitment activities and events.
  • Project manage the annual flagship EHL Junior Academy program.
  • Provide logistic support for events in Singapore and surrounding regions.
  • Ensure smooth execution of internal and external events.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from participants.
  • Assist with campus tours and recruitment presentations.
  • Support management training for student ambassadors.
  • Track budget and reporting expenses.
