Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in CFD, Fintech, or Financial services.
  • Strong expertise in paid media channels (search, display, social, affiliates, programmatic).
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to turn complex data into clear strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition and active trader growth through paid digital channels.
  • Own and optimise always-on and campaign-based performance marketing initiatives across multiple regions.
  • Lead structured A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses and improve conversion efficiency.
