Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore seeks a Head of Finance Shared Services Centre to lead finance operations, ensuring governance, compliance, and scalability for its global e-commerce activities. This strategic role demands extensive experience in finance transformation, preferably with a background in e-commerce. Candidates should have a strong grasp of ERP systems and automation tools, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills to navigate cross-border finance operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, at least 8 years in Shared Services or Regional Finance leadership.
• Proven record of setting up or transforming finance SSCs for multinational or e-commerce companies.
• Experience managing cross-border finance operations across Asia, Europe, and North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead establishment of the FSSC organization structure and governance framework.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Drive ERP configuration and oversee workflow automation.
