Are you a meticulous events professional with a flair for executing high-impact corporate and ceremonial events on a global stage? Join a dynamic and fast-growing shipowner as a Global Events & Ceremonies Specialist and take the lead in delivering vessel naming ceremonies, client forums, industry conferences, and internal engagement events worldwide.

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end planning and seamless execution of diverse global events – including vessel naming and delivery ceremonies, client and industry panels, conferences, and employee engagement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with shipyards, port authorities, international vendors, and cross‑functional teams to ensure every event aligns perfectly with the company’s brand values and strategic goals. Managing budgets, timelines, and logistics will be key, alongside developing compelling event programs and materials in partnership with senior leadership. You will oversee vendor relationships, including caterers, decorators, and audiovisual providers, while maintaining consistent branding across all touchpoints. From invitation management through on‑site hospitality and post‑event follow‑up, you will ensure a smooth guest experience and continuously evaluate event outcomes to recommend improvements.
