Job summary

A leading technology company is seeking a professional in Singapore to lead the end-to-end rollout and optimization of ERP systems. The successful candidate will manage large-scale IT projects and will have a minimum of 15 years of IT experience, including senior leadership roles. Strong communication skills, particularly in English and preferably Japanese, alongside advanced project management abilities are essential. This role requires collaboration with global stakeholders and effective governance implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum 10 years in Corporate IT Application or Infrastructure management.
• Minimum 8 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale IT projects.
• Understanding of enterprise IT strategy and digital transformation.
• Advanced project management skills (PMP or equivalent preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout and operational management of ERP systems.
• Liaise with business and IT system users for support.
• Implement IT governance compliant with headquarters’ policies.
• Oversee the planning and delivery of the Data Warehouse modernization.
• Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors.
