Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Manages key global accounts in own book of business and maintains strong relationships with global customers for long-term success.
  • Strategically develops global customers by knowing their business needs and designing tailored and complex solutions.
  • Acquires new key customers in line with HWL's business strategy and negotiates sales terms and contracts.
  • Manages sales planning, MBRs, QBRs and annual business reviews (alignment with Customer Excellence Managers if existing).
  • Records sales data and maintains customer database in the CRM.
  • Understands industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to position solutions effectively.
  • Actively collaborates with Products regarding individual product design for customers, pricing, tenders and customer service.
  • Coordinates with regional and local sales teams to ensure high levels of customer excellence by addressing concerns and providing proactive solutions.
  • Executes sales strategies, initiatives and processes provided by global/regional/country sales leadership team.
  • Adheres to sales policies and procedures and comply with relevant regulations.
  • Manages KPIs and achieves or exceeds sales targets and objectives via CRM: Quality of pipeline and key opportunities, number of activities/visit reports; completeness of account plan.
  • Represents the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
