• Min 5 years of working experience in customer service, preferably in food ingredients/manufacturing or freight logistics sector.
• Ability to handle import and export trade, including letter of credit.
• Good written and spoken English, Asian languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone or email in a timely manner.
• Provide sales administrative services and support primarily in order & delivery process.
• Prepare quotations and check stock availability.
• Support preparation of export documentation for submission.
