  • Coordinate with import and export teams to ensure smooth and timely shipments.
  • Align customer requirements with internal service delivery capabilities.
  • Communicate with overseas offices and agents on shipment matters.
  • Support Sales on client discussions, quotations, and business opportunities.
  • Handle service escalations and drive issue resolution.
  • Compile service performance and operational reports.
