Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a regional or multinational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking tools like Mercer, Korn Ferry, or Willis Towers Watson.
  • Proficiency in managing sensitive data with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Support administration of various compensation activities including salary reviews and bonus calculations.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking market surveys to understand compensation trends.
  • Prepare regular compensation and benefits reports showing trends and program effectiveness.
